You do not need to fit neatly into one of these categories. Some of our most interesting projects begin when somebody approaches us with a skill or idea we had not previously considered.
Some opportunities are regular, while others relate to a particular project, event or new guest experience.
Three Ways to Work with Us
Route 1: Hospitality Apprenticeships
Join our small team and gain hands-on experience across every part of Cedar Hollow, from preparing our stays and looking after guests to breakfasts, pools and spas, woodland experiences and safety.
This is a salaried role with free on-site accommodation. The programme combines practical employment at Cedar Hollow with recognised professional training delivered through an approved apprenticeship training provider.
You will receive a series of professional qualifications, including Food Hygiene, Fire Safety and First Aid, while working towards the government sponsored Level 2 Hospitality Accommodation apprenticeship.
Do email us if you are interested. Applicants must already have the right to undertake the role in the United Kingdom. Eligibility for the apprenticeship will be assessed separately with our approved training provider.
Route 2: Part-Time and Seasonal Work
We regularly need thoughtful, reliable people to help us care for our woodland accommodation and create wonderful experiences for our guests.
Opportunities may include:
- Housekeeping and preparing accommodation
- Cooking and food service
- Gardening and practical outdoor work
- Maintenance
- Social media content creation
We offer fixed term contracts of typically two to three months in duration.
Route 3: Creative and Freelance Projects
We are always interested in meeting imaginative people who can help bring new ideas to life.
We work with:
- Artists and designers
- Makers and carpenters
- Scenic builders and craftspeople
- Photographers and filmmakers
- Writers and storytellers
- Digital and content creators

Already Entitled to Work in the UK?
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who already have permission to undertake the relevant work in the UK.
This may include people living in the UK under the:
- Youth Mobility Scheme
- Student visa route
The type of work someone can undertake, and the number of hours permitted, will depend upon the conditions of their individual immigration status.
Cedar Hollow does not currently sponsor work or Youth Mobility visas. We carry out the required right-to-work checks before any paid work begins.
