Raw. Local. Naturally Magical.

Cedar Hollow Honey

Our hyper-local honey is harvested from our backyard hives where our bees forage from the local plants and native flowers. Raw and unfiltered, with all the goodness of propolis and pollen.

Raw. Local. Naturally Magical.

What began as a simple lockdown project has since blossomed into one of the most meaningful parts of life at Cedar Hollow Oxford. Nestled among our orchards, wild gardens, and rewilding meadows, our beehives hum with quiet purpose.

Today, Cedar Hollow Honey is a true taste of place - hyper-local, raw, and alive with the rich floral notes of our Oxfordshire landscape. Our bees forage freely from native wildflowers, fruit trees, and hedgerow blossoms, producing a golden honey that captures the magic of our land in every jar.

🌼 A Commitment to Biodiversity

Our honey is more than a sweet indulgence - it’s part of a broader mission to support biodiversity. Bees are essential pollinators for the natural world, and healthy bee populations reflect healthy ecosystems.

At Cedar Hollow Oxford, we’ve created a haven for pollinators by planting native wildflowers, preserving hedgerows, and managing our land with sustainability in mind. Every jar of honey you enjoy helps sustain this delicate, beautiful balance.

We’re proud members of the British Beekeepers Association, and follow ethical practices that prioritise the wellbeing of our bees and the land they call home.

  • What Makes Our Honey Special?

    • Hyper-local: Harvested right here at Cedar Hollow Oxford from our own hives
    • Raw & unfiltered: Never pasteurised, preserving natural enzymes, pollen & propolis
    • Naturally rich: Bursting with antioxidants and antibacterial properties
    • Seasonally unique: No two batches are quite the same — each reflects the blooms of that season
  • Nature’s Goodness, Untouched

Raw honey preserves all the nutrients that nature intended:

    • Bee pollen – a natural source of protein, vitamins, and antioxidants
    • Propolis – a resin with antibacterial and immune-supporting properties
    • Natural enzymes – believed to aid digestion and wellness
  • Why Does Honey Crystallise?

Crystallisation is completely natural in raw honey - a sign that it’s unprocessed and full of goodness. Some honeys crystallise faster than others depending on the flowers the bees visited. To return your honey to liquid, just place the jar in warm water and stir gently.

  • A Note on Safety

Raw honey is not suitable for:

    • Children under 12 months
    • People with severe pollen allergies

💛 Honey with Heart

Every jar of Cedar Hollow Honey supports something bigger:

100% of proceeds are donated to the Congenital Anaemia Network, a small but mighty charity close to our hearts.
