Prize Draw Terms

1. The promoter. Cedar Hollow, The Oaks, Old Road, Oxford OX3 8GH. Questions about the draw go to hello@cedarhollow.uk.

2. How to enter. Join the Cedar Hollow mailing list using the form on this website. One entry per person per draw. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Signing up once enters you into every subsequent monthly draw for as long as you remain subscribed.

3. Who can enter. Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Cedar Hollow, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the draw are not eligible.

4. When it is drawn. Each draw closes at 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month. Entries received after that roll into the following month's draw.

5. How the winner is chosen. One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries by an independent process, and the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. The prize. Two consecutive nights for two people in one of our retreats, chosen by us and subject to availability. The prize covers accommodation only: travel, food, drink and any extras are not included. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.

7. Booking the prize. The stay must be taken within twelve months of the draw date, on dates agreed with us in advance. Bank holidays, Christmas, New Year and other peak dates may not be available.

8. Telling the winner. We contact the winner by email within seven days of the draw, at the address entered. If we have had no reply within fourteen days we may redraw. Please keep an eye on your junk folder.

9. Your details. We use your email address to run the draw and to send you our mailing list, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing removes you from future draws.

10. Publicity. We may publish the winner's first name and county. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

11. General. We may amend these terms or withdraw the draw if circumstances outside our control require it, and will say so on this page. Entering the draw means accepting these terms. The draw is governed by the law of England and Wales.
